Cancer is a disease that unfortunately affects all of us in one way or another. Buckeyes Fore Cancer Research was formed by Mark Thomas as a grass roots vehicle to help raise funds and awareness for cancer research. After losing his Aunt (Mary Bolte Schutte) to a long battle with ovarian cancer in the fall of 2006, her courage gave Mark the inspiration to try and make a difference.
Together with a group of friends and business associates, they have organized and are hosting an event to benefit cancer research. The Charity Pro-Am will provide an opportunity for golfers of all skill levels, business leaders, philanthropists, friends and celebrities to team up for a great cause for what promises to be a fun-filled, memorable event at a fantastic golf venue. Together we CAN make a difference and help put an end, once and for all, to this terrible disease. |

| Mark has worked for The Wasserstrom Company as the Group Sales Manager for over 14 years. He resides in Gahanna, Ohio with his wife Adriana and daughters Sofia & Erika. Mark graduated from St. Charles Preparatory School and The Ohio State University in 1992. |

| Kevin is employed as a sales associate with RZ Marketing Group. He was born and raised in Lancaster, Ohio and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace College. He currently resides in Hilliard, Ohio with his wife Candice and their son Evan. |

| Chris is a National Account Manager for Steelite International. Although born in NE Ohio, Chris moved to Columbus 17 years ago after graduating from Ohio University with a Business & Aviation Science Degree. Chris resides in Galena Ohio with his wife Melissa & his daughters Madison and Emily. |

| Jim is a managing partner at Zink Marketing, Inc., which serves the commercial foodservice equipment industry. A graduate of St. Charles Preparatory School (1989) and the University of Notre Dame (’93 B.B.A., ’94 M.B.A.), Jim resides in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife Karin, daughter Ryan, and his son James. |

Dr. Jim Borchers is The Ohio State University football team physician. Though his medical career at Ohio State is fairly new, his tenure as a Buckeye started as a long snapper from 1990-1993.
Jim won the team's Ike Kelley Most Valuable Special Teams Player Award during his third year. He earned his degree in chemistry and attended the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in 2000.

| Morgan is an independent consultant and business owner who has been in the technology industry for more than 15 years. Although born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, he currently lives with his wife Martha in the San Francisco/East Bay area of California. |

| Bryan is a senior sales representative for Glaxo Smith Kline pharmaceuticals. He resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife Susan and their daughter Katherine. Bryan graduated from Upper Arlington high school and received his MBA from Franklin University in 2003. |
